No pop music. Never a bad hair cut. Hot lather. Hot towels. Neck massage.
The cost is much more reasonable than a salon, staff are chill and friendly, and no one ever tries to suggest that I wouldn't want a 'masculine' haircut. My gender is respected and both locations I've gone to felt queer-friendly.
