Atmosphere

I found Floyd’s via a google search. My son was in need of a haircut. He has sensitive ears and . He’s even been cut once before. So he tends to get nervous. I booked him an appointment the same day online. The process was so quick an easy! When we arrived we were greeted right away and actually taken before our appointment time. The stylist was amazing! I told her his history. She made sure he was comfortable an relaxed through out the whole cut. He left with a smile on his face, his hair finally the way he’s been wanting it an asking if Susan could be his barber from on. I am soooo happy he finally found someone he is comfortable with.

I like the layout, the music and the staff. I especially like Cathy and how she takes care of my hair and beard. She has also introduced me to some great Floyd's products.

Very skilled barbers/hairstylists (I go to Cathy). I walked out feeling good rather than, "it'll look good once it grows a little" which has been my experience elsewhere. Super nice but also no BS. Trans-friendly.
