The employee who cut my hair was extremely friendly and professional. She helped me get the exact cut I wanted. The store was clean and organized, and I was helped quickly even though it looked to be a very busy night. I do not remember the employees name but she was blonde and had tattoos, I would highly recommend her.

I am all about attention to detail and the quality of a cut. I get a skin fade and a scissor cut up top. The defining factor that keeps me coming back to Floyd’s is one specific stylist, a Korean woman named Mimi. If not for her I would have stopped going to Floyd’s all together. Most of the stylists I’ve had at Floyd’s rush my cut and it ends up looking bad once it grows out a little more. The average Floyd’s stylist will spend 7-10 min on my cut and it’s mediocre at best. Mimi spends at least 20 minutes ensuring that as many hairs are properly buzzed and trimmed as possible. She is a rare and valuable asset. If she goes to work somewhere else I will have no more reason to get my hair cut at Floyd’s. The majority of your stylists will rush my cut and have me out of the chair in 7 minutes with a very mediocre quality cut. Please work on getting your other employees to see that if I’m spending 40 dollars on a cut it doesn’t matter if it’s a buzz or fade I want the best quality cut with attention to detail.
