The atmosphere. The friendliness is of the staff. How clean the place is. I like to be relaxed and chill when I get a haircut. Floyds gives me that.

My barber is very skilled and the staff is friendly. Tessa understands when I dont really feel like talking and it ends up being an extremely relaxing experience that I look forward to. I also appreciate that the products aren't pushed excessively.
