This was my first time at Floyd’s and it was amazing! Susan at the Columbia location listened to me carefully, looked at the sample photos I shared, and did an incredible job with my haircut. I was nervous going from a long style to short, but she was comforting and helpful along the way. She paid close attention to detail, was thorough in her daily routine care instructions, and made this an enjoyable experience. The price was affordable and location was clean/organized. I’ll definitely return in the future and highly recommend this store!
