My dogs have been going to the Golden Valley location for about 2 years now. They go once a week. I had them boarded for the first time while I went on vacation. They were there for five days. There was an unusual incident with one of dogs and the owners, Ryan and Sarah, went above and beyond in all of their efforts to ensure the safety and well being of my dog. They were in constant communication with me and really took to heart the gravity of the situation. I can't thank them enough!! They are super awesome human beings!! The staff at Dogtopia is great too...They are always excited to see my dogs when I bring them in...they really treat them in a special way.

Dogtopia has been just wonderful for us! They accommodate our pup when we need services (sometimes without much notice!), and they almost always send a photo of Charlie doing something SO FUN during the day. Charlie loves Dogtopia so much that he starts to "vocalize" when we get about a block away, because he knows that's where we are headed. The desk and dog people are wonderful and know Charlie and us by name.

Offering multiple services at one location is very convenient. Daycare, boarding, spa treatment, grooming are all needed at different times and it’s nice to have them at one location.

Everyone recognizes and loves Finn at Dogtopia. It's his home away from home. The staff always lets us know what he's been doing and who he's been playing with. They send a photo of him once or twice a week. He comes home happy and exhausted.
