Easy to schedule a meet and greet, friendly staff, large facility. There seem to be a lot of people that send their dogs there, which is a good sign.

Very organized and well thought out questions and checkout visit. I like that a checkout visit plus some daycare is required before boarding. The more screening you do and insight you have into the dogs, the better our dog's experience is likely to be. I also like that there is a rest period during the day for the dogs.
