The staff are very friendly and well trained. My dog seems to enjoy his time at Dogtopia.

My dog loves it there! I get sent pictures pretty regularly and love getting the cards when she hits a milestones of time being there! The staff are amazing and my dog loves them all!

The people. We love how friendly everyone is with the dogs!! We used to go to a doggy daycare that was staffed with people who were indifferent towards dogs... we picked up on it, but our dog Winston confirmed it by shaking when we entered the parking lot, refusing to get out of the car, not energetically greeting staff (running away or sitting on our feet), etc. Winston runs up to every staff member at Dogtopia each morning and easily walks back with the handler.

Winston is a sensitive, anxious, affectionate boy. We appreciate everyone's kindness and gentleness.

The only reason I did not give it a 10 is that some days it looks very full, which could be of concern for comfort (space to move) and safety (eyes on all dogs). The outdoor area is pretty small.

Otherwise, we LOVE Dogtopia!! Thank you!

Convenient with the app and love the WebCams

Staff are very friendly and get to know you and your dog. I love being able to watch the webcams too! Staff will usually text me a picture of my dog throughout the day as well which is so sweet! I love that they are giving her attention and being intentional about updating me throughout the day! They are very flexible and accommodating with scheduling. The spa services that I've used have been great as well. The last bath she got she was filthy because she had rolled in the mud and I asked them to bathe her because I had a sprained wrist and couldn't do it myself. They spent so much time getting her cleaned and brushed out she looked like a new dog!!

Staff know the dogs and owners and everyone is very friendly.
