I LOVE that I can watch my dog on camera during the day. I love that when we arrive everyone fawns over Farley like he is the coolest dude in the whole world. We feel like we are part of a family here and I completely trust that Farley is well taken care of when at Dogtopia! I also appreciate that there are biscuits on the counter so if I forget to bring a treat to coax Farley back to the car at pick up, I can borrow a biscuit :)

Erica took the trouble to look up my dog's breed on line (Lagotto, not a common breed) and determine what her grooming needed to include. She also called the corporate office to speak to the manager regarding this breed. The manager had never groomed a Lagotto so Erica followed the instructions on the site for the Lagotto. She accessed the site of a breeder near the Twin Cities (the same site I was accessing) which provided detailed instruction regarding this breed and how they should be groomed (they have an undercoat which is damaged by brushing). She set up a grooming plan to return my dog's coat to that of a Lagotto (Gnocco had previously been groomed as a Labradoodle). Complete success! I meet with Erica every three weeks. She does a full groom on the third week and maintains the coat on the other two visits. I could not be more satisfied. After her first full groom, a car stopped in the middle of a busy street while I was walking Gnocco and yelled that my dog was gorgeous. That had never happened before. I am beyond pleased with the level of service she has provided. First name removed Mettenbrink

We love Dogtopia! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and our dog Bell always looks forward to her "mini vacations" there. It is fun to watch the activities on the live webcams, and when we pick up Bell she is always happy and healthy!
