My 14-year-old dog is a new Dogtopia dog and I was nervous to start him at daycare and boarding at his age. I noticed right away that staff were listening to and validating my concerns. They also got to know Doyle right away, learning his behaviors and what they were communicating.

Dogtopia is affordable, location is easy for us to drive to, spa services are easy to schedule. and staff does a great job of caring for our dog and all their clients.

I like how the staff completely remembers me & my dogs Loki & Latte. Plus they always seem to have a wonderful connection each day too. Even when Loki has a rough day and needs a few timeout sessions I know he was treated well and loved on by the staff.

Friendly employees and great commuincation. I love the webcams so I can check in on my pups. I also love all the special activities.

The young person at the front desk was a little clueless and not the caliber of what I am used to at Metro Dogs in Minneapolis but everyone was nice and the dogs seemed to have fun. I would like it if they could be outside more on nicer days and if there were actual activities you do with them like tricks, treats for good behavior maybe walks if requested. Otherwise I will bring them back and thank you for the free first visit!

Quick response time for finding out information, flexible scheduling, down to earth & knowledgeable staff. Haven't used it yet but one of the reasons I wanted to choose Dogtopia was the cameras so I can check on my pup.
