Convenient location, dog enjoyed the daycare

This was the first time we ever boarded our dog, so we were a bit nervous. But EVERYTHING about Dogtopia was great! From the very first phone call, to the meet and greet with our precious doggie Bell, and to her long weekend at Dogtopia was incredible! Bell had a great time playing with the other dogs, and we are planning on bringing her back for many more visits!

I love how Teddy is always excited to go to dogtopia. Because of the safety and security per cautions that you take I don’t have to worry about Teddy not being safe or running away. I feel like he never would but it’s always nice to know that you guys have the right measures in place to highly reduce it from happening to any dog.

Ability to check in on your pet through the web cams. Knowing the other dogs are well behaved. The report card was adorable as well!

The facility is clean and the employees seem friendly, competent, and compassionate. I felt welcomed and my dog, celebrated.

Cleanliness but you have to fix the parking lot and driveway. It gives a very bad perspective of your business, friendly, knowledgeable staff, flexible in scheduling.

We had such a wonderful experience Meet and Great with Kobe. Owner answered all questions, was very knowledgeable. Workers were so sweet. They even sent me a picture of my baby having fun. Love the camera that you can see the dogs playing right when you walk in.

Opportunity for grooming services, separate rooms for dogs, padded doors.

Finn seems to love it. The relaxed rules regarding drop off and pick up times are wonderful. We don't have to worry about getting there exactly at the time we said we'd be there. I appreciate the individual feedback that I get from the various staff members who've worked with Finn. Since he's still a very young puppy, knowing what he is doing well and what needs work (so far nothing that I've hears) is great.

The staff members I've talked with so far have been amazing - namely Josie and Kevin. I hope the company treats their employees well so there isn't a lot of turnover. Turnover is the reason I changed dog daycare companies.
I also love that they host random theme days :)

Omg this place rocks

Everyone is so friendly and it's quick to drop off/pick up. I'm usually in a rush and so that's great.

So far we have only done a Meet & Greet, but I thought the process was smooth and well-done, albeit a little expensive compared to other local spots.

I like the approach of how dogs are moved between indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the day, as well as the boarding style.

We look forward to our dog being safe and secure and having some fun during an upcoming construction project, the noise of which she would not do well with.
