6am opening time and excellent trainers.
Really love how this works between the diet and the exercise, it really works. I love the personal touch of one on one training and of course I love how it is only 20 minutes a session everytime

I love the fact that you get such fantastic results from 20 minute workouts. The trainers are great and show a genuine interest in your reaching your targets. I find that the educogym system not only helps me keep in shape but also raises my energy levels and sense of well being.

Educo gym blackrock is by far the best gym I have ever joined. The team are all amazing and constantly checking in to make sure you are on track and meeting your goals which you have previously set out with your personal trainer.

Educogym works for me as I don’t have a lot of time to work out and the short intensive twenty minute workouts enable me to get great results in half the time. I go at lunchtime and can be back at my desk within the hour.
The team are so encouraging and friendly and helpful it makes the work out much more enjoyable. Especially for someone like me who would need constant encouragement and reminders on technique. You feel like part of a family with personal trainers who really care and who are very knowledgable across the board.
I have never ever stuck to any excercise regime like I have with Educogym and hence why I consider it great value for me.

Everyone in the gym is friendly and knowledgeable, they genuinely want to see and help you reach your goals. They have top equipment that is always in good condition and I don’t have to wait ten minutes to use a machine. If I ever have questions there is always someone there to help. With their system you get a brilliant balance of both diet and training.
