Programme delivers results
Personal guidance and supervision. Friendly and engaging atmosphere. Brevity of training sessions to twenty minutes of intense weight training. Regular check-ups to measure weight and muscle mass.

I love the guidance and support provided by the trainers and also that they keep a close eye on you in training to ensure that you are pushing yourself.
1 to 1 supervised training plus the professionalism of the staff. Advice on diet is also very helpful
I think the gym is great, however I found the keto diet very difficult and would have liked more support with it. Also, I still havn't had a review- bit of confusion on first apt

Bob and Val have welcomed me to the gym recently and explained fully the reasons why this programme works - I'm finding the combined eating and gym programme fair but challenging! I have developed a new routine in the morning and get to my session early. The guys explain my workout and they encourage me and push me through the session. I am looking forward to seeing the results mount up over time!

I need a gym where I am able to work out with someone showing me how to do the exercise correctly and telling me what muscles i am actually exercising. The people working there need to really want to help the members change their lives and get great results, this is the impression I have gotten so far and it makes a much more positive experience.
I am still not sure how the gym works yet, but I like the idea behind it. I hope I am not just left to my own devices after paying so much for a membership because I really dont think I can get the results I am after on my own merit and without someone pushing me.
