Educo gym blackrock is by far the best gym I have ever joined. The team are all amazing and constantly checking in to make sure you are on track and meeting your goals which you have previously set out with your personal trainer.
Rob has been phenomenal, he is always pushing you to get the best out of you while constantly keeping you motivated.
Thanks to educo gym blackrock I already feel I have come on a long way in a short space of time and for the first time ever I actually enjoy going to the gym.
All the instructors are very caring and want you to do well. They keep you going and make sure you work out to the best of your ability. They are always friendly and upbeat, You feel great after a heavy session, I look forward to it daily.

You folks took my membership fees for 3 months while I was unable to attend due to health and I was given an assurance from Kevin that the fees collected would be applied as a credit to my account. This has not been honoured. In fact down right refused. It’s unprofessional, fraudulent and disgusting

I like how engaged the trainers are with me. From the time I've spent with staff, I feel they were always ready to reply to any questions I may have had. If the 1 machine system really works then I believe it is revolutionary system. The whole experience has been great so far.
I am only new so I have to keep going to see results but in terms of facilities, the shower area could be improved.

The training is short but intense and the fact you have to book a training appointment session means you will go.
I was asked to rate Educogym TWO DAYS after I signed up. This appears as a marketing ploy to ask people to rate something which they have not yet had experience of: I had ONE consultation at that point. Is it trying to get people to rate it early when they are full of motivation/excitement at their potential weight loss? EducoGym sells itself as supplying personal training this is strictly speaking NOT the case. It is a very expensive gym, but I rationalised the purchase on the back of the personal attention that one gets. During busy times there is up to SIX people in the gym at a time, the trainer is absolutely run off their feet trying to give six people guidance and the client feels like they cannot ask a question as the trainer has so much do to. When I first experienced this It became apparent that EducoGym is ALL about maximising profit and NOT the experience of the Client. And is clearly treating their employees unfairly by understaffing in order to save money!I feel like I was given a very generic workout plan and that there was little communication between the trainers as to client's needs.I also felt that there could have been an area for warm up and warm down that the client could do themselves before or after the session, but the room was so small that one feels like they are in the way if they come any way early or stay late.The staff are very friendly and try their best!
Professional outfit. Focused on the individual Really good people providing the service. No nonsense and very understanding about rescheduling appointments. Customer focused and it’s about what I need. They listen and ‘talk to me rather than at me’.
Terry was very motivational and informative and took a lot of time to carefully go through everything. The gym is really clean, staff friendly and professional and hopefully results will be positive too!
I love the fact then when you come in the door everybody is so polite and knows you by name, and I think it is a very clean gym. The water is always hot.
The support from the trainers is fantastic. I like that they want you to succeed and push you. I've definitely got more out of my experience here than in previous gyms.
The gym gets results. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The service is excellent I would recommend the experience to all.
