The instructors are all very friendly and helpful. They help me pushing myself to my limits, while maintaining a healthy and safe approach. I feel like my body completely transformed since I joined Educogym, I'm much more conscious about my diet, I enjoy exercising and I'm proud of myself.

It’s not the company. The 12 day is extremely limited and it’s hard. I definitely can’t see myself sticking to it long term. It would mean I could never eat out again.

Love how effective the programme is when you have a specific goal to work towards. Workouts are tough but 20-30 mins is very easy to fit into my day and it's so helpful to have a trainer there who knows you and can help with form/posture etc. Bob and Stephen are fantastic and bring a smile to morning workouts!

The changing rooms. I was in the gym this morning with 6 different people and there was no space.
