If you book your class with a particular instructor, that’s who should do your session with you.
Booking one instructor and turning up to be trained by someone else makes it difficult to achieve consistent training.

The supplement prices are a bit extreme
The one to one training, the motivation and help from the team.
My only complaint is how very expensive it is. Other than that I love the gym.

Educo gym blackrock is by far the best gym I have ever joined. The team are all amazing and constantly checking in to make sure you are on track and meeting your goals which you have previously set out with your personal trainer.

Quick 20 minute sessions, the personal training so can’t cheat and the trainers themselves are very supportive
I like the constant encouragement of the staff, how approachable they are in relation to diet, workouts, recovery....they always have a word of advice or help to try and help you succeed.

Understanding that ages &sexes are different ie A Woman can train to the best of her ability but her physic is not the same as a mans.
Are all your recommendations for supplements evidence based e.g.the dietitian jury is out on the use coconut oil.
