Very well run, staff well trained, 20 minute sessions
Pricing is high. No Sundays. Focus on post training stretching top prevent injury.

Being honest, after 21 months of same routines, the training has become boring. Too many changes in staff, declining real interest in my personal interests/goals, leave me questioning value of membership. I see benefits of regime but it's harder and harder to rustle up enthusiasm to attend.

I love the encouragement that is given so quietly you don't realise it until you find yourself doing except uses that you would have thought impossible before joining
1) Better App where you can actually see the name of the trainer / very often the name of the trainer is not the actual trainer who is training in that slot
2) Make it look less like a business. Make the slot 30min (even if the workout is 20min), so people have the chance to talk to trainer after the class. Also, stop pushing supplements so much.
3) Have two trainers in the morning when you do check up (it is very often hard to get a slot for training in the morning when you have the trainer busy with check ups)

I'm early into the process so I wouldn't be in a position to recommend yet. So far its great but very early days. If I had to give one criticism it would be to lay off the sell on your supplements etc. It takes away from the experience as it feels more like a sales pitch/commission driven situation rather than a genuine interest in helping people lose weight.

There is attention provided which gives a level of confidence that the exercises are being done correctly and therefore getting maximum benefit. Small numbers in gym at any one time
Personal attention is great - sessions really suit when you have limited time
