Severe back issues so I've not been present at the studio of late, but was there today and will be there tomorrow. I still believe the staff at BYD are great people. Kind and helpful - some of the teachers will call you out in class and offer verbal correction and encouragement - which is wonderful... it's just nice there. Drama fee, nice yogis. Just good all around in my view.

The website is clear and easy to navigate. The front desk assistant and the yoga instructor were friendly and helpful. This is a great place to practice!
The facility is great (clean, modern) and the instructors are awesome, especially Julie, Atina, Heather and Andrew (others are great too, just can't remember all their names)

Claudia, particularly, is a wonderful greeter & makes each person feel welcome.
I like the class varied times, but miss the 730am class.
Ease of procuring a Recharge or water is great.

Nice class size - not to many people, but also enough so that you don't feel like you're being scrutinized by others. Everyone seemed to just be focusing on themselves, which is nice when you are a first-timer. I also liked how the instructor welcomed me personally, and also checked in on me throughout the class to see how I was doing. Felt nice and loose afterwards, and very refreshed! Can't wait for my second time around.
It was a great all around experience! I am looking forward my next class :) Sorry I had to cancel today.

Everyone is so sweet and nice! The class teachers are also very informative and supportive.
everything esp the many classes. There is something for everyone's schedule so there is no excuse not to do bikram :) I already miss it and most probably will come back soon.
I am always greeted with a genuine smile when I
arrive. My questions are always answered. Bikram yoga
has contributed to a greater sense of well being, mindfulness,
and calm in my life. I love it. I'm so glad I decided to
find out what it was all about. I was a bit scared to come
back the second day because the heat was hard for me, but
I'm glad I did. I always have a better day when I practice Bikram yoga.
My family can tell a difference, too.

After a class, the rest of my day (through to the next day) is both physically and mentally better than a day without going. The instructors are welcoming, helpful, encouraging, and seem genuinely glad to be there. The small corrections to the postures to get the most out of the class are much appreciated. The studio always feels clean and well kept.
I love the "wood" floor and layout of the studio.
Overall, I like the practice and the teachers.
