I like the clean facility and the friendly staff.
I love the atmosphere and the politeness of the instructors and front check workers. Wish that Lakewood had a class from 5:30am-6:30am on mondays, but it helps that they understand my need to leave a little early to get to work on time.

The nice smell of the facility. Sometimes bikram smells mildest but Ioved the floor and the heated air felt very circulated which I enjoyed very much.

As first-timer, I was a little apprehensive about what to expect. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. The staff was thoughtful in showing me the rundown and making sure I had everything I needed.

I particularly like the mirrors, as it enables me to check myself out from many different angles.
Friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. I am SO grateful that you all offer an occassional free class, without which I would never be able to participate! Also, LOVE LOVE LOVE the new 60 min class--it's SO energizing, and I did not get that panic-y feeling as I have in the past with the 90 min!
The people and instructor are very nice and very encouraging to those trying it for the first time. I woukd like to take another class in the future.

1) Clean, open studio.
2) Friendly and knowledgeable staff/teachers.
3) Variety of class times (even if I work early/late I'm guaranteed to be able to make a class...no excuses).
4) Considering it's in West Village, parking is very convenient (there's always space somewhere in the garage).
5) Final perk is the filtered water dispenser! I hope Lakewood can get one soon. :)

Strict , routine , militant, meditative. If anything it could be stricter I enjoy that it's 90 min of serious and quiet. So much so that my mind doesn't wander as often
