First I like the 60minute class @6am makes getting to work less stressful and instructors are very punctual . Instructors are very attentive and helpful.

What do you like about our services?

It does really work. My body changes as I practice more. I feel better. I am more in tune with my body; I listen to it more when I practice yoga.
I am calmer, happier, cleaner, fresher, and I can see things clearer with a consistent practice.
I love the teachers, the friendly atmosphere. I feel like I'm in a safe place when I come to practice MY YOGA:)
