What do you like about our services?

I like the Bikram practice. A nice, polite place to park for 90 minutes can be very rewarding. Here at BYD-Lakewood it fits the bill. You never know the personality of the instructors, but I do know they are good! I wasn't sure about the non-carpeted floors, yet they have grown on me. BYD-L has an approachable, always smiling staff ambiance that makes it more than comfortable to come to for yoga practice.

What is there not too like! This is the best Bikram Studio to practice. The staff is super friendly, great retail selection, gorgeous / state of the art heating / floors in the room, and spacious, clean, and beautiful bathrooms.

I have only been to the new studio twice, but everyone is very nice and helpful. It has a positive vib not competitive. I am so sore, but will be there tinight.

I've been a member for years (though very inconsistent in my practice) and the teachers always give me grace about coming back. There is never any shame about being gone for a bit and returning after a break, etc. They always welcome me with a friendly smile.

I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is good. Love the wood floor! I have tried other types of yoga recently but I prefer Bikram.

The teachers are very knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging! I enjoy enjoy the passionate and dedicated community of yogis in each class I've been to! This is my first official Bikram yoga studio I've been to, and it's been fantastic!
