I felt the love the instant I walked into your studio. My instructor was AMAZING, super clear instructions, very positive and encouraging. The space is BEAUTIFUL...the yoga room is spectacular, large, light, and lots of love.
I love the feeling of peace and relief yoga provides me. The instructors here are all wonderful but Renee - who I had for the first time the other day- is excellent, very motivating and uplifting and happy- which we can all appreciate.

I like how the instructors make an effort to get to know the student's names, and make a more personal connection. I also love the new 60 minute classes! I am not the best yogi, so these are much more up my alley.
