I love everything. I would like to see more 1.5 hour classes on M,W,F and wish the Tuesday & Thursday 5:00 pm could be a 1.5 hour class. Also, more 1.5 hours on Sat & Sunday morning or an additional 1.5 hour class mid afternoon.
I've no complaints, but would appreciate it if a new and improved hair dryer was purchased for the women's changing room. I love the Kombucha drink!

It's well structured. The instructors are professional and also caring. It's only my second week of doing this but I'm finding myself gravitating towards the studio whenever I have the opportunity to do so. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Thank you.

Most of the instructors are excellent and make you want to try harder and improve. I find that the ones who truly recite the full dialogue without skipping words and allowing for time to breath and meditate between postures offer the most effective and worthwhile classes.
