Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! I've been in studios where no one even says hello when you sign in. It's refreshing to be in such a friendly and helpful environment. I also think all of the advice to individuals in class is always done very respectfully!

I like that it is hot, so hot that I sweat. I also like that the dialogue is in English, because mandarin would be too hard to understand. I like that there is a door on the mens room toilet so I can have privacy. I like that I can see the birds on the telphone wire outside the windows. I like sweating (wait I said that already) I like all the teachers except for Dave. Him I really dont like. I am going to recommend this studio to all my fat friends, not beacuse I care in the least about their health, but mainly because when I go to the movies with them, they infringe on my space, and if they loose wait I will have room. I am selfish that way.

I love the passion of the instructors, the quality of the practice, and the mission and why of the Bikram company itself. You have helped me get on my feet mentally and physically. Signing up for Bikram was the best decision I made last year, and coming back yesterday just reiterates the true potential one can have while taking these classes.

The teachers are amazing, the precision of the dialog is comforting, the studios are so clean, I know what to expect.
The yoga studio is very well-designed, clean and well maintained. The teachers are all very knowledgeable and experienced. The staff makes yoga practice fun. This is a great place to start a yoga practice or take yours to the next level.

Everything, it was a great experience
I came in a few minutes late to the 10:30 am class I had talked to Karen about. Instead of having to wait for the next class, she told me to quickly change into my yoga clothes and come to the yoga room. She had already set up my mat and towel near the front of the room! I had to do a few pranayamas and join the class for the second set of ardhachandrasana. It was once of the best classes I've ever had!
I had so much on my mind that day, so finding a little inner peace and quiet was wonderful!
Convenience of location. Towel and matt service provided. Excellent teachers and their recognition of going at our own pace.

Absolutely the best part of my day is practicing w the Lakewood team. They are top notch, the studio is beautiful, and the ambiance is everything I hoped for..supportive, compassionate, rigorous about yoga perfection.. I highly recommend.

Everyone on staff is super friendly and accommodating, and the teachers are invested in your growth as a student and willing to answer questions to help you improve.
The studio is so nice and its a great place to grow. Especially with the great instructors you hire, they push me further than I push myself.
