I like how the studio has evolved from the very structured style of corrective feedback to the positive style of providing feedback to students.

I love the four showers, the Chapstick, the soaps, the komucha, the karma yogi swiffer system, the work trade program, the emphasis on dialog, the hour class, the class times, and the sunrise in West Village. :)

Was actually going to cancel my membership and then you brought in the 60 minute classes - I am all in and feel like I get a better "workout" in the 60 over the 90!!

I like the attention of the instructors ,I like the hot yoga feel, I like the flexibilty of the classes as well as the poses.
I love the number of classes throughout the day, so it's possible to take class regardless of odd/long work schedules. I also appreciate the new 60-minute and silent class options. They bring a fresh perspective to grow a practice, while leaving room for lots of the traditional 90-minute classes that have been proven to give results.

I loved participating in the silent class :) Karen was great- the staff at BYD is always super nice and attentive- thank you for always making me feel welcome. I come to just get away from my normal week of practice, to catch up with friends and I am always so grateful that I rolled outta bed! Love you guys!!!

The instructor for my class (Monday 4:30-5:30) was extremely friendly and encouraging. Right when I arrived I told her I was nervous (as my first time) and she reassured me and even wrote my name down. She said my name during the class and throughout; I struggled with many of the poses but she was consistently motivating me and the room to go deeper but offered modified movements to meet my current capacity. I also really loved the new location in West Village. It feels cleaner, airy and more open than Lakewood. And, I love 60 minutes versus 90.
