The staff is great-great attitudes, great customer service and very knowledgeable. I don’t know the guys name that came over from Colonel’s, but he was wonderful over there, and he’s wonderful at your place. You are lucky to have him! I would highly recommend your bike shop to my friends.

Quality repairs and excellent customer service

I did not notice the E Bike already 372 miles on it until I got home....
I should have asked.
Seems to be in good shape- not worried about it as long as it is covered in case anything goes wrong.

They know how to fix the problem and did it right in front of me.

Kelly was great. He was very polite and told us what he could do with our bike to prepare it for riding. This is the second time we've been here, and the service has been excellent both times!
