Austin was amazing. We have no biking experience and he patiently explained everything we needed to know and helped our daughter find the right bike. He even basically taught me how to ride as we were selecting one for me. Fantastic employee and a key reason we would recommend Bike Mart to anyone!

Recently had my bike in for a firmware update. Was initially told it would be ready next day as they were really busy due to the Christmas rush which is totally understandable. I got a call about an hour later saying the bike was ready to be picked up! Was not expected but definitely appreciated. I also really enjoy your selection of components and gear.

I liked talking to Ben about gravel bikes. He was extremely informative and knew his stuff. What an asset to your store. You guys did not have a SC Stigmata in stock, but Ben let me look at one that belonged to a teammate, with that person's permission. I can tell that you guys work hard on culture and it shows. Nice job.
