The client services support is outstanding. Anything that needs escalation will be prioritized to come up with a solution.
They have been extremely accommodating. We executed a re-discovery and uncovered a lot of functionality we were not taking full advantage of. The Enterprise Team has created a list of recommendations which we will be prioritizing and working through implementing over the next several months. We are ecstatic to be working with this Team and are really looking forward to the efficiencies Raintree will afford us.
Implementation was challenging, but the efficiency of my clinic has improved and will continue to to improve. I look forward to learning more of what the software can do in the coming years.
