The facility has everything. Traditional cardio and free weights as well as areas designed and taylored specifically for HIIT. There is even a pool, group exercise classes, juice bar and salon. It’s literally a “one stop shop”. It’s clean and well maintained and there’s never a wait to use any of the equipment.

Everything!!! With the exception of missing the whirlpool that I still miss everything is wonderful!! You have the best staff ever. I am always greeted at the door and greeted as I leave, with a smile may I add. The health club is very clean and kept up several times during the day. H2O classes, I was a member until I got sepsis and now I am at Soul PT. I will rejoin once I am able to balance standing. Sarah, Jaqui and Diane are great.
Everything! Just wish there was a less intense Yoga class. Still miss the hot tub.
