Lots of equipment, friendly staff.
Your water class are the best but we need more of them. Prior to the Pandemic we were able to attend 4 per week and now we still only have 2 per week. Please add more.

The facility is immaculately clean and has everything one could need to exercise. The employees are very warm, welcoming and kind. I was very happy to work with both Jacyn and Darren, they were extremely helpful and I could tell they were really interested in my personal experience and goals instead of treating me like a "one size fits all". I only have great things to say about the BAC and I've only been there twice!
We have enjoyed membership for many years at the BAC. Here is some feedback:
1. Yoga classes are important to me, and there were not enough of them offered.
2. Yoga room has inappropriate harsh lighting for this type of meditative activity and should be reconsidered to include indirect warm lighting.
3. Jane C. was a great Yoga instructor and I attended most weeks virtually once the Pandemic started.
4. I think the swimming pool needs to be cleaned more often, the water was often murky when I swam.
5. Staff is consistently welcoming, upbeat and has always provided excellent customer service. I appreciate how they accommodated us with virtual classes during the Pandemic.
