Suggest hand towels in bathroom as the air dryer is unsanitary and promotes germs and flu viruses.

Clean, parking is never an issue, staff is great, equipment is always in nice condition TV's on the elliptical machines and open 24/7 with card access

I like everything! The place is clean and well taken care of. The equipment is in good working order. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable and having Soul Physical Therapy right there is a bonus.

I really enjoy the personal training sessions. Jarrid takes the time to listen and tailor the sessions to my ability and requirements. He changes up the sessions so I don't get bored. He is great at keeping things fresh and he is very motivating. did I forget to add knowledgeable, dependable and professional?
