High quality equipment. Many class offerings and many times available after work hours. 24 Hr access. Pool. Functional training space.
The water cooler is nice but is look warm would be better colder. Also staff is wonderful

Friendliness of the staff, and other members. Calm and tranquil atmosphere, especially in the pool area. We live within walking distance of the Sterling YMCA, have been members there for 14 years, but my husband is working out now at your place regularly! So, whatever the reason, it's working!

Just about everything. The only issue is the doorknob leading into the club. Very loose which makes the knob difficult to turn. Please fix it!
