Easy going atmosphere
I think the side entrance is fair because of the large parking lot. In bad weather it is a long way around the building to stairs. There are some people who do not do well on so many stairs.
The driving in the parking lot is terrible. People tear in and out as if no one else is there. I think management should make some kind of announcement/reminder..

High quality group exercise classes; Women's only-gym; salt water pool- love all of these features. In addition, since I have a baby, the babysitting room is the main reason I joined this club, in addition to the family-friendly locker room. I also like that the facility is never too crowded so I don't have to wait for equipment.

flexible times for classes
Nice people, knowledgeable, helpful, and the atmosphere is perfect. Love my trainer and love all of the tools available to meeting my goals regarding improving my health and physical well being. I feel that BAC has helped me in the last few months to sticking to a program that is really working. I did refer a good friend who has joined and who also enjoys the environment. I don't feel like it's that typical fashion show environment. Instead, BAC offers an environment conducive to offering various ways to improve my health and general well being. Love the place.
Very upbeat and professional
Everything is great...except for the downstairs water fountain. It is about eight inches too low, as if designed for little kids. And, the water is not even cold!
I use the side entrance as I have had a TH replacement and this eliminates the stairs.
Lots of equipment - clean - parking - helpful staff. only negative urinal smells all the time.
Instructors are encouraging, friendly and bring great energy into the space.
Staff are extremely helpful in every department; front desk, membership, trainers, etc.

The staff is fantastic.
It's quiet when I go, and there's usually a pool lane available.
Classes, but ladies bathroom is not clean enough. It smells very dirty at times and showers are unsanitary and very outdated.
The hours and location
Everything accept that the antibacterial wipes are consistently empty. Particularly this time of year, it would be appreciated if someone would check nightly (closing) and refill or do a morning refill. Thanks!
