I've been a member for 27 years and I think it's a wonderful club. I do feel that the staff could be friendlier. That is what I feel makes a health club or any business stand above the rest.

The H2O classes. I am very sad to learn that the racket ball courts are being taken out. I wish you had left at least one of them as I did like to use them in the afternoons.

My trainer of 3 years, Brandon, is wonderful. The rest of the club is always clean, people are friendly and it is frequently being upgraded and improved. I also do water aerobics with Sarah, who is absolutely wonderful. I wish swimming lessons were not at the same time, as the children's (perfectly normal) noise often interferes with being able to hear Sarah.
