I like the budget plan, friendly people when I need to call and when I’ve seen the drivers they are friendly too. I miss the app. Wish we could get a new regulator. We requested one a year or more ago but never got one or a reason why.

We recently moved into the area and needed a propane supplier. I called several businesses to get prices and terms, Griffith was by far the most pleasant, took lots of time to explain all their terms and prices and their prices were the best. Once we made a decision, they scheduled us quickly, came in the time frame we were told and the driver was pleasant and knowledgeable. Great service from start to finish.

Honestly, its about the people you have working for you. I have had awesome experiences with everyone I have spoken to at Superior. From the lady on the phone helping me set up our accounts to Dan our Tech coming out and talking with me. Really nice people!
