I'm always worried when I order propane in October. The access to my property is a fairly steep private road (not maintained by the township). Therefore, if there is a snow or ice storm, the propane truck cannot get out of my property. So, I am pleased when Keith arrives before the first storm.

I've been a customer since 2005 and I have always had great service and this last delivery service was even better. I hadn't checked the level in my propane tank and during a 15 hour power outage I saw my level was 10% and needed a propane delivery asap. Griffen energy had my propane delivered that afternoon and gave me such a relief knowing I can ride out the power outage with my generator and keep my refrigerator running. I am very grateful for that and also the September discount that I received when ordering before the end of the month.
