Griffith Energy has serviced me well for several years, keeping my propane tank full through each winter. They made a deal with the local fish and game club to save us some money. The pre-buy contract also serves to control costs. Thanks.
Delivery is in a timely manner and it’s nice to have the prepay option when cost are low and you can lock in the price for future use.
Reliabilty
Price of fuel oil and propane as I price match every year, to early for that right now 2022 as prices are not out yet. The staff at Big Flats and Woodhull are always a pleasure to speak with and professional. The delivery drivers are professional and pleasant. I have always received a bill by mail except this year, I am not sure what is going on with that and yes it was reported and get the propane by E-mail which is better than nothing.
Painless service, never a issue prices are high but so is everything else thanks to our anti American president
Cost and availability
Our propane delivery was on time and our delivery man found an issue with a line. He called service and had a tech on site, fixed the line with in an hour!
Great customer service
I called for a bottle refill and they were able to respond within a few days. The driver showed up on time and was courteous and kind enough to answer a couple of my question concerning future deliveries.
