I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PRICE QUOTE. I WAS QUOTED $1.49 FOR THE FIRST FILL AND THIS PRICE WAS GOOD THROUGH 4/30/25. THIS PRICE WAS DUE TO ME HAVING 3 ACCOUNTS WITH YOU. WITH THAT PRICING, I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE INSPECTION AND MINOR REPAIRS THAT DAN DID.
MY FIRST INVOICE THAT WAS FOR AN INSTALL AT THE HUNTING CAMP WAS BILLED OUT AT APROX 2.59 WHEN I CALLED FOR THE CORRECTION, THE YOUNG LADY WAS GREAT AND CORRECTED THIS. SHORTLY THERE AFTER I RECIEVED A CALL FROM ROGER WHO INFORMED ME THAT I PROBABLY MISUNDERSTOOD OR DID NOT HEAR FROM THE PERSON WHO QUOTED ME THE 1.49 THRU 4/30/25 CORRECTLY. THAT I WOULD BE SUBJECT TO EITHER FIXED OR VARIABLE PRICING AT A MUCH HIGHER RATE.
I AM VERY FAMILIAR WITH PROPANE PURCHASING AND DO NOT MAKE THOSE KIND OF MISTAKES. I KNOW ROGER WAS POLITELY TRYING TO EXPLAIN THAT I MADE THIS MISTAKE. AT THIS POINT, I ONLY HAVE REQUESTED FILL UPS AT THE 1.49 PRICING AND WILL SEE WHAT PRICING IS AVAILABLE WHEN I NEED FUTURE FILL UPS.
IT IS TOO BAD AFTER BEING A LONG TIME CUSTOMER AND DEALING WITH PROPANE SINCE THE AGWAY DAYS, I WILL BE FORCED TO LOOK AROUND WHEN I NEED REFILL.

Excellent customer service! Tracy Jo Waters is always so friendly and helpful. I started with Griffith after Suburban failed to fill our tank and our copper pipes burst, causing $40,000 in damage a few years ago. I recommend Griffith to everyone, in fact a neighbor signed on and dumped Suburban, too because of our recommendation. Keep up the good work.

I had called because I did not receive a delivery this month. I had checked the gauge on my tank and it was reading 30%. The very nice and professional I talked with had put me on the delivery schedule and that I would probably receive a delivery by the end of the week. Much to my surprise…my delivery was here 45 minutes later!!! I was truly amazed! That is exceptional customer service!!!
