I’ve been with Griffith for 20 years. I’m on auto delivery, they let me know when I can lock in rates and I don’t really have to think about it. They deliver when necessary, I’ve never had a problem with them.

I really like the direct connection when you give me a propane fill up. I know right away how much propane I received and how much it cost. I can go online right away and pay my bill instead of having to wait several days for it to land in my account.
I also appreciate Keith - (our delivery guy) he's given me a lot of good advice over the years - including making sure I get my fall fill-up before any major snow storm. Your trucks can't make it up my hill in the snow and/or ice.
