Some feedback for consideration:
1. As a 6 year pre-buy customer, offer a "loyal customer " discount is a great incentive.
2. Save some envelopes and invoice paper when delivering to pre-buy customers, we only need the delivery ticket left.
I wish the prices were better or there was a way as a retiree to lock in the price. Once a month payment on a fixed income can be hard. Especially in the Winter Months.

The girls in office are GREAT, SPECIAL THANKS to Jane Miller in Watertown office, if I have problem or question I talk to her, and is taken care of on the spot, I tell other griffith customers the same , and they have had same experience when dealing with her , very professional and knowledgeable, all fuel company's could take a lesson from her learn how to deal with customers on phone. .
