I called Griffith on Monday and talked to Ted, the Manager, about our pricing for propane. Ted listened and offered me a price savings of $0.15 per gallon - we are a heavy user of propane (2,500 gallons or more). Extremely satisfied. Of course, we love our delivery guy, Rich, - he's the best. Thank you.

I would like a clearer understanding of pricing for upfront payment. If I am giving you a couple grand upfront I don’t think I should have to play the game of trying to pick the week where gas prices are the lowest for the next season. I should just get the best price before the start of the season. Do I sign this week or in 3 weeks? If I sign this week does it mean the price drops in two weeks and I was an idiot to sign a contract? It’s frustrating. If you have my money upfront with no issue of billing me for the season or waiting for monthly payments it should be worth a bit more don’t you think?

I am not on auto refill because I am seasonal, I call when gas is needed. Someone comes out
in a timely basis.

You are responsive, when I asked the driver last week to top off my tank even though I had not phoned in an order he did. I explained to him I usually come back North in mid April and last April I had to make a special request before the park opened. Depending on the fall weather this years perhaps I won’t have to do thanksgiving t when I come home From next April.
