Products and services are great in the Watertown area, but the billing and payments departments aren't always on the same page. This is not a big issue when I can call the local office.

Fast 24 hour emergency service available. Available on the weekends. My furnace stopped working Saturday morning and a tech was there by 9:00am to fix it.

I like that you offer a contract in the spring for the following heating season. You can lock in a good per gallon price and not have to worry. The automatic delivery of propane is a nice feature as well.
