Dependable fuel service. We've never run out. However, we have an annual agreement for furnace maintenance that we pay for, but only once received over the past several years. Not happy about that.

EVERYYTHING!! Our dealings with Ted, the Manager, have been friendly and questions answered right away - no excuses. It is refreshing knowing that someone in charge is willing to listen and fix things right away. Our delivery guy, Rich, is top notch. He is careful about backing into our driveway and is always ready with a smile of hello. Great crew. Thank you!

Ease of automatic deliveries as well as payments. The responsiveness of technician when there is a problem with the furnace. The Worry Free Plan pays for itself.
