The office workers, Mike the supervisor, Angelo who installed the propane tanks and all the different delivery workers have been outstanding. Only one complaint. Sometimes, the fuel oil delivery driver backs the vehicle into my driveway instead of pulling over on the side of the street. I believe this causes cracks in the edge of my blacktop by the weight of the truck.
We have the gold service plan and we are very happy with the service dept. We also are on the budget plan, and it makes it much more affordable in the winter months. When I have had to call the local office, everyone is very friendly.
JACK PORTER DID A GREAT JOB AS USUAL CLEANING THE FURNACE AT BOTH OF OUR HOUSES. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY.
