I have been a customer for 23 years. I use the automatic refill and the budget programs. I have never run out of propane. I have a number of friends who use other companies. Some of them run out at least 1 time a season. I don't often see the delivery people but when I do they are very friendly. I recommend Phelps Sungas every chance I get.
