I have spoken to 3-4 different associates in the last week about how I can lock in and receive a good rate for 2Phone number removed propane. I did not receive the email with the new contract so called today to find out what the story was. All seems to be good now except the person I talked to this morning said I could go to the Geneva Cross RD. office and hand in the signed contract. I drove there, which is 45 min. round trip, and the office was closed for COVID. I called from my car and did get advice on what to do. There was no drop box to be found so mailing seem to be the only way to go. My service for 24 years has been good up until this small issue. I have always prepaid for the year but finances and now being a widow made that not possible. I believe the plan I am signed up for will be the best and the rep, did help with the decision.

I have been a customer for 25 years. The people who answer the phones are always calm & patient even if I call with a stupid question that I am sure they have heard a hundred times. I don't see the drivers very often but when I do they are always polite....kind of hard to find these days. The thing I am most happy about is your company and your employees have never let me run out of propane! I have a friend that used another company a few years back & they let her run out 1 or 2 times a year...terrible way to do business. Thank you!
