EVERYTHING! I love the automatic refill of propane, and when they make a delivery, the truck is so quiet, I don't even hear them in our driveway! We find the receipt on our front door knob and they are so quiet, our dog doesn't even bark! I love the budget billing so I know every month what to pay. And I can see how full our tank is by going on their website from the comfort of my living room. They also clean our furnace for a very reasonable fee. And if I have a question, customer service is so helpful! We consider Phelps Sungas part of the family! Thank you for all you do!

We have done business with your company the whole 31 years we have lived in our home. We like the budget plan because it helps with arranging our budget. We do not like it that it has been taken over by another company because when that happens, service always declines but we will give it a chance.

Your men always show up before I need to call you to refill our gas tank. They also responded quickly to secure our tank which, over the years, it had begun leaning to a dangerous angle. What company could be better??
