Dr. Herbert User is my father’s oncologist, and I am deeply grateful for his care. He has been incredibly supportive, always taking the time to explain the many dimensions of prostate cancer in a way we can understand. He is not only friendly and knowledgeable but also exceptionally patient with elderly patients. Dr. User goes above and beyond—sometimes even drawing a detailed outline to show what the next steps in treatment will look like. His dedication and compassion mean the world to us.

Happy close with Dr. Kim. I’m sad that he’s leaving, but I feel he was a good urologist and knew his business and he was up-to-date on new procedures. whoever will have to take his place. We have big shoes to feel.

I see quite a few doctors and am glad I called Dr User. A pleasant man who listens and explains conditions clearly. Glad to say I have Dr User as my doctor.
