Scott did an amazing job!!
Excellent job. Very courteous and helpful.
We really liked how fast we were able to get an appointment. Also, our technician was friendly and thorough. Jared explained everything he well and got to work. We also really liked that we could walk on the carpets right away and that it was safe for our kids and pets!
The cqrpets look great!
Pete does an outstanding job and he knows his stuff, and everyone we've worked with has been lovely. We cannot recommend Zerorez enough. We are so grateful that they've allowed us to keep this carpet so nice after several elderly and ill pets with countless messes. That carpet looks and smells like new!
They did a great job. We’ve used them for several years. Very satisfied with their service.
Punctual, efficient, courteous, and respectful.
Very happy with the service.
Zach, our technician, was top-notch.
Technician looked the rooms over before starting and asked questions if there was any specific spots that needed extra attention. Was able to add on a couple of chair head rests to be cleaned without any problem. Was asked to inspect the rooms as he went from room to room. Was very efficient and the job was completed in no time a all. I'm very pleased on how all the rooms turned out. I would highly recommend.
