Mason was very thorough and cleaned all contracted surfaces and furniture with attention to the details. He did not rush, he took the time needed to do the job correctly. The carpet in dining, living, hallway and stairs all looked almost brand new and the sectional also looked great.

The gentleman who cleaned our home on October 31 was very thorough and the best we have ever had at getting out stains and being very effective. He smiled throughout, kept us informed on his process and timing,and gave advice after asked about the best carpet to buy since that is in our future. Zerorez got us in at the last minute for a late afternoon appointment when it was known that we had family coming in town for the weekend so overall, I was so happy!
I thoroughly enjoyed meeting and watching the young man who service our carpets.
He seemed to enjoy his work and explained every thing he was doing. We even had a couple of small stains on the carpet and he went over them a few times to be sure they were removed.
I will be more then happy to recommend this company and will differently use there services again.
